Case Study Cabins are special projects developed by Artist, Fashion Designer and Architect Mike Vensel. Each project is site specific, off grid, eco friendly, and sustainable in nature. All of the structures are temporary in design and have the ability to be moved or removed easily thus leaving the land as close to its natural pre project state as possible. Fitting with the temporary nature of each project, portable solar power, water storage and waste have been implemented to have as close to zero impact on the land as possible. Merging his love of nature, architecture and fabrication Mike Vensel designs structures that combine elements of Fashion in harmony with nature, creating a cozy tiny house that can be used for tiny living or as a weekend get away. With different climates and site conditions each project explores creative solutions for temporary cabin structures.
